Our overall investment strategy involves building a community of venture capitalists to create purchasing power. These funds are used to invest in distressed properties below market value to renovate and sell them to home buyers and landlords and build passive income for investors.

After graduating from the United States Military Academy and serving seven years in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer, founder and CEO Stephen, Lewis set his sights on real estate investing. After purchasing his first investment properties in 2011, He turned to Fortune Builders, the internationally successful premier real estate investing educational program. Coupling a successful real estate investing methodology with his passion to rejuvenate neighborhoods, he found Lewis Legacy Properties, LLC in 2017 and has since realized a passion for educating others on how to generate wealth with real estate.
